Printing from within a TS Web Remote App only prints the footer and the rest of the page is blank.

i have application - our school , financial administration system - running through ts web apps windows server 2008 terminal services server. application runs extremely except printing. when users connect home (they use vista enterprise sp1 laptop dot net 3.5 sp1 installed, latter installed on server app requires it) , print local (redirected printer) report system generates (probably using crystal reports generate in pdf form) thing prints on page footer - rest of page blank.

this happens no matter model of printer, local or network or whether accessing app via ts web apps on lan or on internet (i.e probalby not related publishing through isa).
does have ideas? needless if run app on ts server prints fine.

as far know known pdf / easyprint bug microsoft far know have confirmed i'm not sure if have fix now. if have microsoft support contract please open call them.
