FSMO Roles Transfer - Impact to Servers (Exchange 2007) and Users

due unstable dc, going transfer fsmo roles dc.  impact be during business hours?  how transfer impact exchange 2007 communication ad?  outlook users kicked out?  users , applications not authenticate in ad during transfer , replication? 

sorry simple questions.  testing in labs never compare real production environment.

the impact should minimal - fsmo transfer recognized dcs in domain - end users/apps should not affected. potential longer term issue i'm aware of applies pdc emulator synchronizes time external time source - in case, want make appropriate changes reflect switch

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
