Microsoft Server 2012 licensing

we want install hyper-v service in 4 servers part of ha , dr. have enough windows 2012  std licenses cover 4 physical servers , guests running in 1 physical server (around 25). question is: these licenses cover vm moving 1 host another, , primary dr site.
