Error 0x800f0818 when trying to install SP1 on Win 2008 Server R2

i'm trying install sp1 on win 2008 r2 server. error code 0x800f0818. i've tried installing through windows update , tried downloading sp1 package manually, same error when trying install.

i tried running sfc /scannow, found no errors.

i've done research on google , i've ran update readiness tool , got result:

i found kb2761226 package on microsoft website , downloaded here.

i followed instructions found on 1 of microsoft support website. expanding , replacing files. followed instructions mike burr posted on thread. however, can't seem able expand files, error in cmd:

any suggestions resolve issue?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
