Applying Computer Settings While login remotely

hi all,

we have windows 2003 terminal server , when try login remotely on our domain outside everytime applying computer settings and takes 3 4 minutes before working fine changed our public ip address after we facing problem. times we receive rpc server unavailable error.

can please resolve issue

i'm not clear how public ip address change affect logon time on ts box - few other things might want check are:

- logon delay (with domain account) @ ts console. if takes long time as well, should able eliminate public side factor altogether
- network capture of logon session on ts
