before going further, please let me know operation system of client? did issue occurred in client or clients? please let me know error message pop up, when issue occurred.
please firstly ensure the network connection between server , client computer works. meanwhile please make sure date , time settings server , client computer same , regional , language settings server , client computer same.
regarding error messages provided, please check if have correct ssl certificate. please refer detailed operations robdiablo provided in following similar question.
