Problem with Start Button after Build from 10014 to Build 10074

after waiting installation, 10014 build, 10074, no longer access start icon, next "ask me anything". when click on it, there no response, , "ask me anything"  is no longer functioning either.  i not sure how proceed point.

should try , restore last build? , or wait , find if there cure problem..

over bottom right next time, there notification icon.

can click open ?

if yes, can click open settings ?
if yes, select recovery & update > left side, select recover > right side, select refresh.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
