HyperV 2008 R2 - VM to VM data transfer slow speeds

hyperv 2008 r2 cluster 2 nodes.

host host traffic expected @ 75-100mb/s. inter vm traffic when on same host @ 5-6mb/s.

i installed latest firmware/drivers host nics. disabled tcp connection offload, large send offload, rss , chimney globally using netsh,  and  virtual machine queues. speed improved 20mb/s still drastically slow. 

we experiencing on other 08 r2 cluster's.

has experienced , found solid solution? have followed lot of other threads no 1 seems have definitive answer/solution this?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
