2012 std evaluation upgrade to 2012 R2

hello, i've got problem upgrade (i want to keep files , installed programs) 2012 std evaluation 2012 r2, in 1 step installation show me:

 "windows server 2012 standard evaluation cannot upgraded windows 2012 r2 standard (server gui). can choose install new copy of windows server ra standard  (server gui) instead, different upgrade....."


what can do?? need install new installation of 2012 r2?? want keep old system , upgrade new 2012 r2please :)

you can activate  windows server 2012 , upgrade windows server 2012 r2. evaluation upgrade not supported.

pls check.
