WSUS is confugured on win2008 But cannot detecting any Servers

newly installed wsus 3.0 on windows 2008 although cannot detect clients thoughts on check.

you have configure group policy - windows update policies force client computers detect wsus

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc720520(v=ws.10).aspx

and run command

wuauclt.exe /detectnow

to detect cleints immidiately.
