I ran into a problem with a folder shared going to a hidden attribute grayed out

i can access folder share can't see when browse drive itself.

the folder fine until updated archived files robocopy

robocopy  o:\ f:\folder /copyall /e /xf /r:0 /dcopy:t

i attempted elevated cmd:

attrib -s -h "f:\folder\*.*" /s

no effect.

i still cannot remove physical hidden attribute. i've rebooted , folder there, can't see unless allow explorer view hidden operating system files. odd happened. other ideas how remove bad attributes?

attempting utility fix it.

think problem came when robocopy encountered shortcut link in directory looping folder in question. not sure why, far source of trouble think of. shortcut marked read , locked users wouldn't delete desktops or lose on vpn. when got copied on archived folder, possibly created condition rest of robocopy. think stretch.
