Authentication Error - KDC

since upgrading ad 2003 native 2008r2 native, unable to connect hyper-v manager on 1 server hyper-v instances running on server 2008 core.

when try connect following pop-up:

remote desktop connection
authentication error has occurred.
encryption type requested not supported kdc.

remote computer: vm1.lan.com

i able rdp these hyper-v instances, cannot connect hyper-v manager console.

any ideas???

i able resolve problem rebooting 2008 server core server.  suppose there kerberos issues not clear our without reboot.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
