unable to use remote desktop to access a microsoft server

i have been able access server yesterday , today nothing. down loaded beta version today did not work.

what error did when failed ? please check event viewer on windows server , there related events ? need more information analyze issue.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
