Configuring ADFS

we have implemented adfs authentication in our application. if person not in domain , tries access application cloud displays error "internet explorer cannot display page"

this because adfs url not reachable since person outside domain.

is possible customize error page when displays "internet explorer cannot display page"?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
