WSUS (Server 2003) Updates deploying on Wrong Date & Users not being added

hello,

i having issue wsus @ work. in charge of deploying updates, , set deployed on tuesdays @ midnight, however, when deploy them getting updates 30 minutes later , late next day, instead of actual tuesday following acceptance of update. gpresult /h shows being "deployed" on tuesdays, never does. how fix this?

second issue, running gpupdate /force on users systems them update group policy updates, however, last 2 systems have done on (new systems setup), not being added. these first 2 have done in few weeks, , in period between updates have done windows updates server. can cause of this? else getting updates , fine, except these 2 machines. how fix issue?

please advise.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
