Situation in Which Password Complexity Rules Are A Pain

i user of 6 computer 1 domain forest.  want eliminate presumptuous imposition of password complexity rules.  changed default domain policies on password complexity, rebooted (not restarted) computer, , tested whether complexity rules had relaxed.  nope.  so, provide in extreme detail cookbook method doing want?  in advance.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
