MMC.exe crashes while I am using Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in


hi,

i have problem with active directory users , computers snap-in.  it crashes while using  it change properties of user objects.

the dc running on windows 2003 sp2 server. 

in event log says,

i tried followings...

1. re-installing administrative tools of windows 2003 sp2

2. clear cache of mmc file - options - delete files

3.  re-create new user profile

however, none of them fixes problem.

could give me advice on issue?
