Limit for Windows Server Essentials role on Server Standard 2012 R2

hi guys,

i've read it's reccommended have no more 75 users using server essentials role installed on server 2012 r2 standard.

we have client pretty bang on 75 users , experience of essentials role respect office 365 integration. we've tried dirsync , must there bit of process work. force full sync when create user sync isn't instant, need muck attribute editor in ad specify primary email address (and alias' if required) etc...it's not nice in comparison wse role.

i've read it's not recommended have more 75 users wse role - can up? or azure ad connect stuff 'nicer' version of dirsync?

windows server 2012/2012 r2 essentials has limitation:
25 user accounts , 50 devices.

limitation essentials experience role installed/configured:
while there no restrictions placed on number of users/devices can added windows server 2012 standard environment, there maximum supportability limits specific essentials features of 75 users (for example, when using dashboard account management) , 75 devices (for example, when using client computer backup).

if becomes necessary add more 75 user accounts or devices, should turn off windows server 2012 essentials features , use windows server 2012 standard native tools manage user accounts , devices.
