Indexing Service in Server 2012 R2

hello!

use windows server 2012 r2 file-server, locally users have network disk p: , work office files. when 1 user create new file on network share other users can't find through search can manual. far understand problem in file indexing (windows search service). need change in indexing options or windows search service? want users can find new files on network map through search after creation! :-( file share added indexing places, indexing service work slow , add files in search in next day (maybe two).

as far know, might normal scenario. when first run service, must build indexes scratch. involves scanning files on volume. initial index construction accesses disk heavily until indexes have been built. after indexes have been generated, incremental updates needed files modified, further updates virtually unnoticeable. in cases, index update low priority task , pause if server resources needed other operations.

so possible indexing service work slow , add files in search in next day.

in windows clients, there registry change. but couldn't found registry in server 2012 r2. not sure if change on server 2012r2.
