IMPORTANT: Windows 10 Preview Random Restart + Odd Message

so pc restarted out of (blue screen :( face popped up)  and after came online seconds later got bar in middle of screen said along lines of "this preview version keep restarting every few hours. please click 'more information' further details"

my question is intended? don't want pc start restarting every few hours, nightmare me. please important. supposed happen? do? message wrong? can find more information this!?

it sounds version of windows 10 technical preview has expired. need update latest build (or @ least newer build, 9926 or newer). see expiration dates here.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
