Windows Service unable to access SQL server on Windows 2008 R2 Cluster


hi,

we have windows 2008 r2 cluster , has 2 nodes. 1 of sql server 2008 instances installed on node , installed on node b.

we have .net windows service installed on node b , access both sql instance on node , node b. when disable cluster windows service works fine when enable custer windows services fails error sql service on node not available.

please let know if has work around on issue.

i understand service running on windows 2003 cluster sql 2005. however, kernel on windows server 2008 has been changed, may need adjust code. if so, recommend further support in corresponding community can qualified pool of respondents. understanding.
