hello,

if rid pool on dc empty , not possible contact rid master dc happens.

is on both dcs run?

was there restore backup 1 of dcs, if yes not image/clone/snapshot?

please check "netdom query fsmo" on each dc rid master. must available update rid pool.

best regards
