Replication DC

related information: in environment 2 domain controller , both windows server 2008 enterprise r2

the issue: in dc1 there error (id 1863)"this directory server has not received replication information number of directory servers within configured latency interval."

also when try log in dc2 remotely, gives error " security database in server not have computer account workstation trusted relationship " 

plz guide me fix case if facing before.

logged on dc1 can resolve dc2 fqdn?

is of fsmo roles located on dc2? (there 5 per forest)

if so, , dc2 not recoverable have size them dc1.

what dcdiag /v /e > dcdiag.log?

do still have computer account of dc2 in active directory users , computers within domain controllers ou?

do have current systemstate backup of dc2? if perform non-authoritative restore restore statebackup directory service restore mode ?
