Getting System Error 67 in CMD using VMware Player

hello,

i studying diploma in , have perform task using batch file simulate network load.

i using windows server 2008 , windows 7 home premium virtual machines simulate network.

whenever try execute batch file using cmd prompt on server vm following message:

system error 67, network name cannot found.

command using c:\copy_loop 192.168.229.129 (the ip address of windows 7 vm)

i have pinged same ip address through cmd , responding vms can see each other , communicating.

the windows 7 vms network drive mapped.

i have statically set ip addresses on both vms permanent.
server ip: 192.168.229.131
7 ip: 192.168.229.129
dynamically setting ip's causes same error message come up.
