Drive Mapping not always showing up for Vista users

our dc's 2008 r2 installs, switched our drive mapping script in gp using drive maps option in gp now.  work fine in windows 7, in vista (sp2) only 1 works after reboot.  if a  gpupdate /force , has me logoff/logon pick new changes, drives there.

i checked registry make sure cse update isntalled , is.

all drives mapped same way, not sure why 1 shows fine every time.  enabled logging on mapped drives information , up, created directory on pc's there isn't log file.

there aren't errors in event log either.

so far looks choosing reconnect on drive map options in gp has fixed problem.
