Random and intermittent BSOD

hi all,

i've got 2012 r2 guest server running rds remote apps entire site keeps randomly blue screening. host dell's esxi 5.5 update 1 image, have deployed on other sites without issues.

using bluescreenview, driver causing bsod ntoskrnl.exe, after researching driver seems unlikely root cause. each blue screen followed failed boot - server sit rotating circles until manually rebooted.

any assistance diagnosing issue gratefully appreciated.

these related memory corruption (probably driver) please run driver verifier find underlying issue'

these crashes related memory corruption (probably caused driver). 

please run these tests verify memory , find driver causing problem.  

if are overclocking (pushing components beyond design) should revert default @ least until crashing solved. if don't know not overclocking.

since more driver please run verifier first.

if verifier does not find issue can move on this.

2-memtest. (you can read more running memtest here)

if cannot boot after enabling verifier reboot safe mode
