Is there a way to create an NFTS Junction point from a Network Drive?


currently im using mklink create link shared drive

mklink /d c:\vivtest \\remotehost\jdk160

the problem of applications (java) dont recognize folder link properly. solution me create junction point instead

i want use /j option, says not supported shared drives.

is there other way create junction point network shared location?

meanwhile, consider stand alone dfs option.
