Setting Up WSE and DC AFTER Installing 2012 R2 Standard

i purchasing new hardware wse 2012 r2 server need configure before installing wse. 1 example nic teaming, new box has 4 nics , want team them redundancy , speed. cannot set teaming until os in place (unless there way of doing during wse setup). setting file space of 4 drives raid 5 array.

is possible install wse on configured 2012 r2 standard box , promote after have accomplished these tasks?

could clarify question? not quite understand question “and promote after have accomplished these tasks?”, not use nic teaming, if want improve deploy speed can use multicast.
