How long can a domain be shut down

hello all

i need shutdown of domain controllers in domain extended period of time , i'm wondering if there worry about.

i aware tombstone issue when shutdown 1 domain controller, want sanity check expect if domain controllers shut down.

p.s. purpose domain exchange, no client pcs or servers. exchange server shutdown.

do if setting 0 make infinite? >>> don't think so,please don't set 0 :-))you should modify long time interval..(so plan that.)

also check article modify tombstone lifetime domain;

and should take full backup of pdc before process.
