I can't create roamin profile

i have windows 2012 server.

i want create roaming profile on laptop windows 10.

unfortuneatly logging time temporary profile :(.

folder user.v5 creating emptly :(

on laptop windows 7 don't have problem. everythink works great.  

how can solve problem?
