FTP Folder View Security

dear ,

i express issue basicly , have ftp site , 4 different folders have been assigned 4 different companies , need hide every each folder names unconcerned ones. noone else should view of folder names except ones assigned them. of ftp usernames different , exist in active directory.folder has been shared , security settings include ones concern. exp . if user comes ftp root , should see folder not others , same others; want do. ( because of companies competitors , should not know that we are working of them).

os : windows 2003 server sp1 (with access based enumeration patch) - tried on windows 2008 server , didnt work.

ftp on iis 6.0 ...

ps:again say this not access issue... :))
