Fail to start my own service that tcpip service depends on...

hi,

i have own service executed under localsystem account. set tcpip service depends on own service block tcpip related activities being launched until service started. has been working fine windows 7, windows 2008 r2. on windows 2012, no longer start service. error is:

error 15401: the service has invalid run level setting. run level service must not higher run level of dependent services.

and event id is: 7000

after remove tcpip dependency, able start own service no issue. not sure if shed light on underlying cause? there changed in 2012 causes this? , workaround?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
