User profile issues (accessing a different account instead of the account credential entered)

hi all,

first post here. i'm having odd problem server 2008 r2. 

as per title, logged server account (domain administrator). see desktop see belongs a. insufficient rights error when try open window such computer or server management.

i noticed when opening command prompt, showing in c:\users\b instead of c:\users\a.

when try access c:\users\a in command prompt says "the directory name invalid ".

would appreciate troubleshoot issue.

update. managed resolve this.

this pretty got rid of permission issues. deal nagging complain recycle bin being corrupted. :)

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
