GPO: Scheduled task not being created


server: ms server 2012 r2

clients: windows 10 (1511 , 1607)

we're using gpo create scheduled task, scheduled task not showing in task on client side.

we've tried following:

- run nt authority\system , %logondomain%\%logonuser%

- ran task create/update/replace

- tried creating under computer , user configuration

part of task copy necessary file specific folder, part works files show (the gpo applied if run gpresult). there not task being created in task scheduler.

i checked xml in sysvol , there no invalid characters.

the task following: opens wscript run .vbs file, .vbs file makes sure file that's called argument gets executed in background doesn't bother user. looks following:

i'm pretty out of ideas of else can try task created @ point.

as suggested: "gpresult /h report.html" - gpo applied? results report contain task definition?
