Deny only Change Password Never Expires by delegation

hello,

i need create group teamit delegation in ou.

this group teamit need full rights in ou , ou childs objects.

the restrictions group teamit :

- add / remove in security group in ou members of ou.

- deny members of group teamit change option password never expires

do think if it's possible ?

i try add in security (advanced menu) of ou group teamit, deny write useraccountcontrol after it's not possible create user account in ou.

far know, there no such built-in method deny permission “password never expires” option. "password never expires" controlled useraccountcontrol, if deny permission write useraccountcontrol, affect several account settings.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
