Two passwords - one user

hi,

i running exchange 2010. have user went owa change password. successful in changing password here odd thing. users new password works log exchange account old password, still works. odd -- 2 passwords both working. there cleanup agent runs stop happening or there else wrong?

i tested on identical test system , got same results users. 2 passwords, both working 1 login.

if have 2 dc's, explanation can think of password changed on dc pdc emulator role, user authenticates other dc before new password has replicated. once replication complete, new password should work. also, once user authenticates new password on other dc, old password should no longer work. perhaps dc's not replicating. use repladmin troubleshoot replication.
