Word 2010 Cannot Save Network Share file as a new document


greetings technet,

have small firm few workstations running office 2010.

on 1 workstation, after opening document network share, making changes, , attempting save share new document, dialog box pops up:

save new version of existing document
save as a new document
replace original document
save locally

save locally , replace original document work intended, when trying save new version or new document, brings webpage (netdocuments.com) try , save.

i'd save new/alternately named version network share.

should state office priorly administrated before started working, there settings not know of.
