Installing Net Framework is taking so long time

dear all,

hope doing fine,

i'm facing difficulties net framework 4.5.2 installation on our server "windows server 2012 standard 64bits"

kindly find attached pic, taking time, till 2 hours without progress,

need installation done.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
