how to change DNS resolution of the domain

my suffix domain domain.com. have dns integrated ad.

how change dns name resolution of domain domain.com ?

i uncertain function want implement , why.

you may create cname domain.com, such as
test           alias(cname)          domain.com

then, users in domain use domain.com as dns suffix, , try resolve name test, receive result same resolving domain.com. may use nslookup test.
