Loosing Failover Cluster after multiple BSOTD...

hello !

i have lot's of problem our failover cluster... :(

the configuration made man left entreprise....

(sorry in advance poor english)

we have :

a dell md3200i san.

3 dell r710 server (hyper v server 2008 r2 - core)

1 dell r310 server (windows server 2008 r2)

the r310 used vmm console , cluster management, doesn't have access san.

the 3 r710 used failover cluster hyper-v. each r710 connected 2 iscsi link san.

yesterday, 2 r710 made bsotd... loosing vm :(

in vmmn status of vm "missing".

when try access "c:\clusterstorage\volume1" in dos mode (from r710 server), have "the file cannot accessed system" :(

when open computer management console, see "quorum" (empty), , big disk vhd, disk have "reserved" state...

if try connect our cluster, have error message, cluster not found, error code 0x800706ba.... :(

do know, if recreate failover cluster, i'm loosing data in san ?

i'm open if have suggestions or questions architecture...

thanks in advance.

because 2 dell r710s bug checked, lost connection san. because of that, vmm hosted on 2 servers have lost connection vhd , configuration files hosted on san. necessary files virtual machines in “missing” status because hyper-v cannot locate files. have not been deleted, merely not able seen @ current time.

iscsi connections should reconnected connection should have failed. user should check ip addresses of 2 dell r710s make sure same. if have changed, iscsi target need updated.

the disks in reserved state still listed being controlled cluster services.

the error received when attempting manage cluster occurring because quorum , other storage resources not being found. iscsi target , initiator should revisited , verified have correct ip addresses connection verification.

if new cluster created, using same storage on san previous cluster, quorum should either formatted or new quorum volume/disk should created. data on other drives not overwritten.
