Why is the Microsoft store so oriented on CAL-s ?

not sure if right forum or not, sorry in advance if made post in wrong one.

lately i've been looking buying windows sbs 2011 , windows server 2008 r2 commercial purposes. 1 remotely logging in server x number of users on wcf services , web applications. couldn't find suitable subscription started looking @ microsoft store , 1 thing annoyed me was, to-be-sold server related seemed cal package.

namely here:

http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/en_us/list/size.24/startindex.0/ceid.185690400/categoryid.57613600

just 2 pages full of cal packages. sorry missing ? server licence come cal-s ? if not, why aren't there server licences sold on microsoft store ? 1 had server licence written out in it's description sbs 2011 premium add-on of sorts.

hello,

each server has own license , access server cals required either user or devices. details licensing, please contact microsoft support directly.
