Remote Desktop Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user - Error: Null

hello, 

have remote desktop services farm built on windows server 2012 r2. 

have 2 connection brokers in ha setup, single server web/gateway roles installed , 2 session hosts in single session collection. 

farm has been working until ran set-rdworkspace command change name default name of our organisation. 

web , gateway seem function fine when try , connect session collection following error "this computer can't connect remote computer. 

have tested network connectivity between both session hosts , connection brokers, seems okay. 

in "terminalservices-sessionbroker-client" logs in event viewer following error message generated when logon attempted: "remote desktop connection broker client failed redirect user - error: null". 

unsure if issue related "set-rdworkspace" command or a coincidence

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
