hi,

 there several options solve issue:

1. using roaming profiles -  you can exclude folders roaming profile (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814592), can challenge isolate specific data in folder or modify folders product versions or storage locations change.

2. redirected folder - using user section of group policy, can redirect folders directly server. trick has consequences should understood:

 a. specific folders can redirected , folders change os os. managing redirected folders between different oses can real pain.

 b. if server isn't available, redirected data isn't (with roaming profile, local cached version last login can used).

 c. user must log active directory. active directory environment must healthy , configured correctly or data might not available.

3. change itunes configuration - if copy music files share location (create share purpose) , direct itunes on every computer add share library, benefit of not having music locally on every computer without complexity of either active directory or folder redirection.

hope helps,

guy
