how to download the latest uploaded files from ftp using FTPScript

hi ,

i have ftp new files uploaded every week , need download automatically uploaded using script ftp script or powershellftp script or vbscript

please me on this

there plenty of threads ready showing how download ftp using powershell, instance here 1 powershell , ftp. need run script scheduled task, , have run every often, script cannot detect if there has been change.
