Windows Server 2012 R2 crashes exactly 24 hours after the last reboot

hello!

the title describes problem pretty well. forced "reboot" (crash) not soft reboot more crash. looked way through event protocols there nothing identified cause of crash.

the crash logged event-id 6008 (source: eventlog) , 1001 (source: bugcheck).

i did full check regarding malware etc. rolled server state before latest updates still no change. problem occured around 1 week ago (exactly: 2015-01-28) , still not solved.

thanks or ideas.

chris
