we have recebtly migrated dhcp role win 2003 win 2012 r2. dhcp backup taken via netsh command line , restored on new serevr on 2012 r2. dhcp authorised without issue. have disabled teh dhcp server service on old server , made new server operational.

since last night recieving issue client end unable ip address. on checking on teh dhcp found teh dhcp scope down , unauthorised, on checking teh event log got below:

event id: 1046

the dhcp/binl service on local machine, belonging windows administrative domain srhouse.com, has determined not authorized start.  it has stopped servicing clients.  the following possible reasons this:
this machine part of directory service enterprise , not authorized in same domain.  (see on dhcp service management tool additional information).

this machine cannot reach directory service enterprise , has encountered dhcp service on network belonging directory service enterprise on local machine not authorized.

some unexpected network error occurred.

===================

on restrating dhcp server service teh scope activated , dhcp server becomes authorised again. have tried below arrticles , still teh same issue on every hourly basis.
