Suppernetting with DHCP server 08 R2


the time has come, need add more clients our class "c" network. have standard class "c" network cidr of /24. want use /21 network so can get more host. want dhcp server assign these different networks different departments within company. instance development own subnet , forth. understand concept of supernetting, instance can have 8 networks total of 2046 host using /21 starting out @ 192.168.16.1 , ending 192.168.23.254. questions these. 1) can dhcp server allocate the different subnets various departments. 2) if dhcp can question 1, how accomplish each department getting perspective ip range. 3) need have rras server setup within network?
