How to store addresses


i print addresses bills mail out of word. each time print have retype address. there way save addresses can select print on envelopes?  thanks, sarah

if put names & addresses into, word table or excel workbook (with appropriate heading row), can use table or workbook mailmerge data source. indeed, if have separate column in table or workbook invoice ammount, can merge data too, won't have re-type in document. see:
