give machine\administrators full access file.  make copy ipp_0001.asp.bak

open original file in notepad

currently information want change strtitle value pulls values localized resources.  can replace , use own string value

save file, if save dialog not have permissions)

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
