Clear / Remove User Enabled RemoteApp 'Hot Key' Settings?

we seem having *strange* user issue [windows 7 professional, sp1] remoteapp application [remoteapp 6.1]; when user (and user) in application, presses 'u' character on keyboard (not ctrl-u, shift-u, windows-u, or alt-u) 'ease of access center' window pops preventing user typing anything?

i'm guessing user may have (likely accident) held down ctrl key (or other key), initiating user defined keyboard mapping?  does sound possibility?  more importantly, suggestions on how correct issue?

thanks reading...
